Our team has dedicated extensive time to promoting STEM in our community. For the third consecutive year, we hosted a booth at the Dutchess County Fair, where 500,000 people attended with an estimate that we reached 25,000. We are also currently launching a community-wide lecture series on real-world STEM applications, beginning with Beth Shero, founder of an international ecommerce company, speaking on cybersecurity, marketing algorithms, and AI. Additionally, we strengthened our technical skills through meetings with engineering professionals, including a session with a Ford Motor Company technical specialist and a visit to IBM’s Quantum Computing Lab to improve robot design and strategy.
